libsoundtouch0-dbg software package provides Debugging symbols for the sound stretching library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsoundtouch0-dbg
libsoundtouch0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsoundtouch0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsoundtouch0-dbg *
